chilly days

first week of our florida vacation is over -- means two hours waiting time for the immigration at miami international airport, seven morning runs on the beach, three days of cloudy weather and four days of bright sunshine and blue sky with no single cloud. except last tuesday with 75 f, still chilly temperatures in the mid 65 f caused by winter storm saturn that blows cold air from the country's east north regions. it's definitively unusual to experience siesta key wearing jeans and socks... nevertheless even quite something to ride the bike on the deserted beach from north to south with the strong wind in the back, vitamin d production started again and we already lost our anaemic complexion, at least on the face and hands ;) in any case, fortunately, temperatures are supposed to rise up from friday on and to stay in the 80's until the end of our stay. phew.
